Richard C. LaMagna
He started his own consulting business in May 2006 and is currently assisting several Fortune 500 companies to develop and manage both Internet and hard goods brand protection programs. In addition, he is also providing guidance and management expertise in helping them develop and manage law enforcement relationships and training programs. After a 27-year career as a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) combating international drug trafficking, Mr. LaMagna was recruited by Microsoft in April 1999 to serve as Senior Manager for Worldwide Investigations; he was promoted to Director of Law Enforcement Programs in 2004.

Under Mr. Creighton’s supervision, global entertainment companies recovered more than 60 million dollars in actual settlements and judgments, over a 3 year period, directly related to IP violations. Mr. Creighton’s work with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies has resulted in thousands of criminal convictions.
Fran Dyer
Fran Dyer has a distinguished 36 year career in the United States law enforcement and the US intelligence community. He began his career during Vietnam as a United States Air Force officer assigned to the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). As a Special Agent and Detachment Commander, he supervised a team of agents specializing in sensitive counterintelligence operations. Fran managed a significant counterintelligence operation vital to the protection of a highly classified US Air Force surveillance operation. Subsequently, he led a counterespionage operation that resulted in the arrest of a Russian spy.
Steven D’Onofrio, Esq. is the President of D’Onofrio & Associates, a Music Licensing, Anti-Piracy and Intellectual Property Consulting Firm, located in Washington, DC. D’Onofrio & Associates consults for intellectual property owners, companies who seek to license music and music publishing rights, as well as Internet, new technology and manufacturing companies who seek to actively deal with protecting intellectual property rights in their everyday business.
Mr. Giel is a former FBI Special Agent (10 years of service), having specialized in Organized Crime and White Collar Crime.
